YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE BITLOTO TERMS OF USE
Use of BitLoto website means your unconditional agreement to all terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Service.
General Terms and Conditions
Buying tickets through Plisio. Users can purchase BitLoto lottery tickets exclusively through the internal merchant integrated with the Plisio wallet. This method ensures secure and transparent transactions, as all transactions go through the trusted TRC-20 blockchain. There is no upper limit to the number of tickets one user can buy, allowing participants to increase their chances of winning according to their investment.
Chances and referrals. At BitLoto, every ticket purchased has an equal chance of winning, ensuring a fair and just game for all participants. In addition to this, BitLoto offers a referral programme where for every 10 tickets purchased by your referral, you get 1 free ticket to the current lottery. This encourages users to expand the BitLoto community while increasing their chances of winning.
Lottery Schedule. The BitLoto lottery runs daily, starting at 16:00 GMT and ending at 15:59 GMT the following day. This schedule provides users with regular opportunities to participate and win, as well as providing ample time to purchase tickets and make the necessary transactions.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal of won funds in BitLoto is carried out automatically to the address of TRX e-wallet in the TRC-20 network, which must be specified when registering a participant on the BitLoto.org platform. To ensure security and compliance with regulatory requirements, users may be asked to provide additional documents to verify their identity before processing a withdrawal request.
Promo Codes. Promo codes at BitLoto are provided to activate various bonuses or discounts on ticket purchases, but they are only valid for the current lottery and cannot be sold or shared with other users. This ensures fair use of promo codes and prevents their misuse.
Multi-accounts. Creating and using multi-accounts in BitLoto is strictly prohibited. This rule is aimed at preventing fraud and ensuring a level playing field for all members. Accounts found in violation of this rule will be immediately blocked along with all associated funds and tickets.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The accuracy, reliability, completeness or currency of the content, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided as part of your use of the Service.
The security of your data, transaction information and other personal information, although we take all reasonable steps to protect it.
Continuity or error-free access to the Service, its features and functionality. From time to time, access to the Service may be interrupted, delayed or error free.
Loss or damage resulting from the use of the Service, including without limitation losses related to:
User input errors, including errors in entering wallet addresses, payment amounts or erroneously sending funds to incorrect addresses.
Failure to use or misuse of promo codes. T
echnical failures, including, but not limited to, blockchain failures, delays or failures to process transactions.
Actions of third parties, including fraud, hacking, phishing or other types of fraud.
The ability to execute smart contracts or the reliability of any transactions executed through the blockchain.
BitLotto shall also not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your access to or use of the Service or inability to use it.
Any content obtained through the Service.
Unauthorised access, use or modification of your transmissions or data. Statements or behaviour of third parties on the Service.
Any other matters related to the Service.
It is important to note that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to every user. In such cases, BitLoto's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
