# Site regulations

1. **Introduction** 

1.1 These regulations define the rules and procedures of using the BitLoto crypto-lottery service. 

1.2 The service provides users with an opportunity to participate in daily lottery drawings using cryptocurrency. 

2. **Registration and Account** 

2.1 To participate in the lottery the user must register by creating an account. 

2.2 When registering, the user undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information about himself/herself. 

2.3 The user account must be protected by a strong password. 

3. **Purchase of Tickets** 

3.1 Tickets for the lottery can be purchased through the internal Merchant using Metamask. 

3.2 There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased. 

3.3 Ticket prices are set by the service and are subject to change.

4. **Conducting Drawings** 

4.1 Drawings are held daily according to the service schedule. 

4.2 Determination of the winner is determined by the system according to the following logic - 100% of the prize fund is distributed as follows: 

* 1 jackpot is 50% 
* 2 big wins - 10% each 
* Doubles. number of tickets of the winners of the double = ((number of tickets sold\*10%)-3). 20% of the total prize pool is distributed among the winners of the double.\* 
* Service commission is 10%

\*If fewer than 100 tickets are sold, the system may modify the number of winners and the amount of the Take drawing by considering - total number of tickets, total prize pool and minimum withdrawal amount on the TRC-20 network

5. **Withdrawal of Funds** 

  5.1  Withdrawal requests are processed through the user's personal cabinet. 

  5.2 Withdrawal of funds is possible only to the same address from which the payment was made. 

6. **Referral Programme** 

  6.1 Users can participate in the referral programme by inviting new users. 

  6.2 For every 10 tickets bought by an invited user, the referral receives 1 free ticket. 

7. **Use of Promo Codes**

  7.1 Promo codes can be used to get discounts or additional tickets. 

  7.2 Each promo code is valid for the current lottery only. 

8. **Liability of the Service** 

  8.1 The Service is not liable for losses caused by user errors, technical failures or actions of third parties. 

  8.2 The Service reserves the right to suspend operation for maintenance or updates without prior notice. 

9. **Changes in the Regulations** 

  9.1 The Service reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations at any time. 

  9.2 Users will be notified of important changes via email or internal service communications. 

10. **Privacy and Data Protection** 

   10.1 The Service is obliged to respect the confidentiality of personal data of users in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 

  10.2 Users are obliged to protect their login and password from access of third parties.
